Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

This policy applies consistently throughout the entirety of your course of treatment and helps us manage appointment availability for all patients.
